Help and advice for Anglophone families
Experience and expertise in many different areas of life
We provide lots of different services for British and other Anglophone families who have come to live in the Aquitaine region. As well as extensive links and information on this site, we offer a wide variety of services covering the areas of Lot-et-Garonne, south Dordogne, Bordeaux and eastern Gironde - a detailed map can be found here.
We particularly specialise in helping provide Anglophone educational resources for your child or teenager of any age, from bilingual lessons in very many subjects to complement French schooling, to English lessons, learn to read workshops, British exam qualifications (GCSE and A-level) in certain subjects, to full specialised advice on English children's books and documentation including local rental of English books, our 'Library Boxes', and a full online bookshop. Please click here for a full index of all our resources and services for families.
We provide translating and interpreting services, help with administration, we can make phone calls for you, accompany you to appointments and meetings, help with househunting, all in complete confidentiality. We can also book travel for you, or arrange your transport to the airport or the railway station.
